Banners

Banners can be hung and displayed in front of the Bean, hanging from the ceiling.

Guidelines:
– Banners will need to be turned into Wildcat Central for approval
– Maximum dimensions 3′ deep X 5′ long
– Vertical banners are limited to a three-foot maximum length
– Student Organizations and Clubs must first receive banner approval from Mark Jackson or Tom Craig
– Banners are only hung in the evenings and must be given to the desk employee 24 hours in advance
– Vinyl or cloth banners must have grommets
– Banners may be displayed for a maximum of two weeks and must be retrieved within two days are being taken down – or they will be thrown out

Kiosk

The Campus Center offers an outdoor kiosk that serves as a public bulletin board for announcements and advertising.

Guidelines:
– Flyers and posters will need to be turned into Wildcat Central for approval
– Space will be prioritized for student groups and organizations
– Flyers and posters can be displayed for up to two weeks at a time

Digital Signs

TV screens inside the Campus Center are available to post digital announcements and advertisements.

Guidelines:
– Electronic advertisements will need to be turned into Wildcat Central for approval
– Space will be prioritized for student groups and organizations
– Electronic advertisements can be displayed for up to two weeks at a time
– All advertisements need to be formatted as a .jpg or .png with dimensions of 872 x 491
