The New York Times reporter spent 12 weeks in jail for refusing to testify in the leak of CIA agent Valerie Plame’s identity.
She got out Thursday and apparently she testified to the grand jury on Friday. We’ll discuss the topic of reporters and the reporter’s privilege later in the month.
