Pat Miller – wife of Dr. Emmett Miller, assistant professor of range and environmental science – was released Jan. 19 from a rehabilitation hospital in Abilene.

She was the last passenger injured in the Nov. 4 bus accident to return home for continued recovery.

“Continue to pray for and assist our colleagues and students in the Department of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences as their healing process continues,” said ACU president Dr. Phil Schubert in a message of gratitude to faculty and staff earlier today. “Thank you for standing by each of them during their challenges the past several months. I am so proud of how our campus community continues to respond to each person’s needs with acts of love and the compassion of Christ.”

Schubert also reported that students Anna Ciufo and Naomi Cruz had improved enough to return for the spring semester.

Oops. Pat was released *Jan.* 19th, not Nov. 19th, as stated above.

Soooo thankful for all that God has done throughout this whole situation.
