Sounds fun, doesn&#8217;t it? During one of our recent \u201cBest Practices\u201d sessions, \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mediate.com\/ccr\/pg1047.cfm\">Dr. \u00a0Matthew Dodd<\/a>, assistant professor in the Duncum Center for Conflict Resolution demonstrated a teaching approach he has used successfully in his online courses. \u00a0\u00a0He uses video to create scenarios for his students to view, explore, create-the-right-ending, and other ways to engage his students in learning.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mpvid.com\/ACU\/CYOA-1.html\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/l3oEhqu64fGiRxxY_3m9sKBUWuncB7oY65vqi0GYSSG54e4pqfRsKP0ZaCK0WFmhfXvW-uixS3gtGhQkuVEVRjLoen2ks3nGFPMqpMSkLqFajcFYBnQrvkMdj7TBau9BXA\" width=\"611px;\" height=\"348px;\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">These videos can then be used integrate theory, practice, and other application of conflict principles in professional and personal situations. \u00a0Dr. Dodd is one of ACU\u2019s online teaching guru\u2019s and has recently published this, and another practice, in the highly acclaimed University of Central Florida\u2019s peer reviewed Teaching Online Pedagogical Repository (TOPR).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><em>Matthew Dodd (2014).<a href=\"http:\/\/topr.online.ucf.edu\/index.php\/Use_branching_videos_to_engage_students\"> Use branching videos to engage students<\/a>.
