The list included such important and exciting desires, we wanted to share them more broadly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This group hopes students will see them as:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Authentic<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hospitable<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Invested in their success<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Instilling a love of learning<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Approachable<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Making their subject matter relevant<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Passionate<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Growth oriented<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Effective<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Friendly<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Loving<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Using their brain more and gadgets less<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Relatable<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Helpful<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Identifying what is truly important<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Engaging<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">May we all strive for such inspiring qualities! <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The new Master Teacher cohort spent some time this week thinking about descriptive words and phrases that they hope describe them as teachers.
