Weekly Expectations and Checklist
- 2-3 posts on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook page
- TV screen is up to date and promoting current events with fresh student work (take photos of work on the wall in senior shows)
- Photos of gallery shows and events are on blog and flickr
- You are ready to shoot any upcoming event that week
- News, events and announcements are posted on blog
This position includes the following:
- 2-3 posts per week on Twitter, Facebook & Instagram
- Photographing Art Department Events (Including: All Gallery Show Openings, Art Walk, Art Chapel Guest Speakers, Miscellaneous Department Events, etc.)
- Video Documentation of Important Art Events (Guest Speakers and Demonstrations)
- Screen and Audio Capture of Important Department Presentations (Guest Speakers)
- Photograph student work when needed by faculty
- Managing and organizing our Flickr account
- Keeping hall HDTV up to date (specifically Art Chapel)
- Putting promotional art and announcements on the department blog
Qualities Needed
- Self motivated
- Organized
- Good eye for photography
- Own a SLR camera
Hours
- 6-10hrs weekly
