We\u2019re delighted to announce that this week Sports Illustrated photographer Bill Frakes will be on campus. Bill has covered major sporting events around the world in a career that has spanned profound transitions in journalism and his own work first as a photographer and now also as a filmmaker. Bill recently served as a chair for the World Press Photo contest for sports photography in 2013 that made final selections from over 100,000 entries.<\/p>\n

Oct 1 (Tues), 7:00 pm \u2013 Feature Presentation in Williams Performing Arts Center<\/strong><\/p>\n Oct 2 (Wed), 5:30 pm \u2013 Portfolio Presentation with JMC\/Art majors in Don Morris 141 pizza talk.<\/strong> This will be targeted more toward questions about developing and sharing a portfolio and his creative process.<\/p>\n Our chapel theme this semester is Encountering God.
