Middle East Presentation TONIGHT in Shore Gallery
\n<\/b>Tonight at\u00a07 PM<\/span><\/span>\u00a0there is a free presentation in ACU\u2019s Shore Art Gallery by world-class photographer Ellie Hamby, who has visited over 100 countries.\u00a0 She has also recently made trips to Turkey, Syria, Jordan, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.\u00a0 Hamby was in the last group to visit ancient Palmyra in 2011 before the Syrian civil war and prior to its take-over by ISIS.\u00a0 If you care about the many topics associated with the Middle East, this is a presentation for you!

We are looking for someone to work in the ACU Downtown gallery every\u00a0Wednesday<\/span><\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0Friday<\/span><\/span>\u00a0from\u00a012-3pm<\/span><\/span>\u00a0and then the occasional Saturday. We are urgently trying to fill this position this week. If you are interested, please contact me.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Advising Appointments<\/b><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
We begin registration for Spring 2016 and Summer 2016 on\u00a0October 26th<\/span><\/span>\u00a0and will continue until Freshmen get to register on\u00a0November 11th<\/span><\/span>. You can begin setting up advising appointments with me on my calendar from\u00a0October 5th<\/span><\/span>.\u00a0 Freshmen and Sophomore students you can not receive your advising code until you meet with me so please do not delay in setting up your appointments. Juniors and Seniors you need advising codes to register also but you can choose whether to meet with me or not.\u00a0 I would prefer us to meet so we can ensure there are no issues on your pathway to graduation. Please make sure you all have\u00a0Tuesday, October 6th<\/span><\/span>\u00a0on your schedule to attend the Departmental Mandatory meeting at\u00a04:30pm<\/span><\/span>.\u00a0 Attendance is required. Unlike many years when similar information has been dispensed,\u00a0this year we will be announcing changes to our Graphic Design class offering schedule and Fine Art sequencing.\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0You need to have this information. You will also receive other important information about internships, events and requirements for the year.<\/p>\n
