Mandatory Meeting\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n

Please make sure you all have Tuesday, October 6th on your schedule to attend the Departmental Mandatory meeting at\u00a04:30pm<\/span><\/span>.\u00a0 Attendance is required. Unlike many years when similar information has been dispensed,\u00a0this year we will be announcing changes to our Graphic Design class offering schedule and Fine Art sequencing.\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0You need to have this information. You will also receive other important information about internships, events and requirements for the year.<\/p>\n

Advising Appointments<\/b><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
We begin registration for Spring 2016 and Summer 2016 on\u00a0October 26th<\/span><\/span>\u00a0and will continue until Freshmen get to register on\u00a0November 11th<\/span><\/span>. You can begin setting up advising appointments with her\u00a0on October 5th.\u00a0 Freshmen and Sophomore students you can not receive your advising code until you meet with\u00a0Arlene\u00a0so please do not delay in setting up your appointments. Juniors and Seniors you need advising codes to register also but you can choose whether to meet with her\u00a0or not. \u00a0She\u00a0would prefer us to meet so we can ensure there are no issues on your pathway to graduation. You can access Arlene’s\u00a0calendar in the link below her\u00a0name where it says YouCanBookMe in emails.<\/div>\n

Advising Workshops – Freshmen<\/b><\/div>\n

Please make sure you attend an Advising Workshop on either\u00a0Tuesday<\/span><\/span>\u00a0or\u00a0Wednesday<\/span><\/span>\u00a0of next week.\u00a0 We will meet from 11-12 in DMC 141 for as long as you can stay.\u00a0 This will be a vital piece in you understanding the process and having the tools necessary to make registration as easy as possible.<\/div>\n
