Welcome to week 6! Hopefully, all of your classes are going well and you\u2019re all settling into your schedules. Just one more month until spring break! Here are a few important events to consider this week:<\/h5>\n

Artovation 2022: TASA Call for Student Art<\/h3>\n

The Texas Association of Schools of Art is currently accepting submissions for their online annual spring student competition. Any student (2-year, 4-year, or grad student) is welcome to submit one or two virtual art pieces completed in 2021-22 by April 1, 2022. There\u2019s no entry fee, and they do have cash prizes! Learn more and submit your art here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Bible Study<\/h3>\n

Art & Design Bible Study continues this Sunday 2\/20 at 7:00 p.m. at the McGregors’ house. Watch for an email with more details later this week!<\/p>\n

Instagram Competition<\/h3>\n

Please help support our Instagram Competition! This is a great way to connect with our alumni and show them what we are up to. The current judge is Claire Victoria<\/a>, an art director at the Hawkeye Agency in Dallas who has worked with many well-known brands.<\/p>\n

Congratulations to Kortland Judd for winning last week\u2019s competition and to Daniel Mejia as the runner-up!<\/p>\n
