DET Club is a club dedicated to students with a drive to create. Every week we focus on creating something new and unique in Blender, Unity, and Photoshop among other things. This week was another Mini-Modeling Jam challenge! The Mini-Modeling Jam challenge is essentially a watered down version of a Game Jam where our students strive to create a 3D model in a very limited amount of time. By doing this, students can flex their problem-solving skills and make something truly great while learning something new.
This week, the prompt was “trophies.” I believe our students found this experience very REWARDING! Check out these models made by our SITC students:
Thank you to all the students that turned out this week and I cannot wait to work with you next semester! Y’all should be proud of yourselves!
DET Club – Location: Mabee Business Building Room 316 – Time: 6:30pm every Tuesday
