Coming together allows them to deliver exceptional member support to you and your family.<\/p>\n<p>This means that as a member of our health plan, you\u2019ll start seeing a lot of positive changes, including a new member experience team designed to improve your experience with one number to call for all your needs. In addition, you will start to see the Imagine360 name more over the coming months, as well as some materials still with GPA and ELAP logos as updates are made.<\/p>\n<p>For now, here are some things we want you to know:<\/p>\n<p>The current <a href=\"http:\/\/gpatpa.com\/\">GPA website<\/a> and member portal continue to be available with new messages that introduce Imagine360.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Member Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Continue to call the current phone number listed on your benefit ID cards whenever you have questions about your benefits.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Email Addresses <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The company emails have now changed to\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/imagine360.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/imagine360.com&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1661274015377000&amp;usg=AOvVaw0lw1echtWivxR14aGeHS3g\">imagine360.com<\/a>\u00a0addresses, but any emails sent to the \u201cold\u201d address are automatically forwarded.
