International students are eligible to work 25 hours per week when school is not in session or during the annual vacation (for example, during the summer break).&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Failure to uphold this federal law could result in termination of the student&#8217;s position and a loss of immigration status. Supervisors- Please communicate with your international students and adjust their schedules accordingly.
