We are now in the Architect and Configure phase of our Workday implementation, where teams are actively testing the system to ensure it meets our needs. This involves running hundreds of test scenarios, identifying issues, logging defects, and working to resolve them. These efforts are key to refining the system and ensuring a smooth transition when we go live.
