Complete your complimentary biometric screening to help earn points toward your 2027 wellness credit. To avoid the wellness premium surcharge in 2027, all employees and spouses enrolled in ACU\u2019s medical plan for 2026 must complete a biometric screening and annual physical with their physician by 7\/31\/26. Onsite Screening Dates and Times: ACU (Abilene) \u2013 Hunter Welcome Center March 5th &amp; 6th: 7:30 am-12:45 pm. Visit the link for eHealth in the flyer provided <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1QnOJd4z7HQl5EMXrKAgUQx4xi91AmyH3\/view\">HERE<\/a>\u00a0to register for your screening. If you are unable to attend one of the on-site screenings, whether you are a remote employee or due to a schedule conflict, you can download a form on the eHealth website to complete your screening with your physician. Follow the steps to schedule a screening to access the form. Please see the attached flyer for additional information about registering for the mobile app. If you have any questions, you can also contact\u00a0humanresources@acu.edu. REMEMBER: You must fast (no food) for 9 hours before your appointment. Please drink plenty of water. Black coffee is permitted. Continue to take any prescription medications.
