Effective March 1<sup>st<\/sup>, 2013, all white board and tack board ordersshould be initiated through the Facilities office. If you need a white board or tack board go to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.claridgeproducts.com\">www.claridgeproducts.com<\/a> and research the board you want.\u00a0 They customize boards so if you do not see the one you want they can make it for you.\u00a0 Once you have the specifications for your board email Facilities at <a href=\"mailto:facilitiesmgmt@groupmail.acu.edu\">facilitiesmgmt@groupmail.acu.edu<\/a>\u00a0and put in a work order request to order and install your new board.\u00a0 Be sure and include your FOAP in the email.\u00a0 Claridge Products gives us up to a 58-60% discount from market price on all of our orders.\u00a0 Not only will you save money on your board but Facilities will already have a work order in their system to install it.\u00a0 As soon as your board arrives at the warehouse, we will contact Facilities to notify them of your board\u2019s arrival.\u00a0 Facilities will then install the board in a timely manner.\u00a0 By utilizing Claridge Products web site and Facilities work order system, we can guarantee cost savings and create a streamlined installation process which will save you time and money.\u00a0 You save time because University Purchasing will order your board based on your work order request and notify Facilities upon arrival. \u00a0This means less lead time between shipping and installation.\u00a0 We will take care of the process from request to install all while saving up to 60%.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>University Purchasing is excited to announce our latest partnership with Facilities &amp; Campus Management regarding the purchase of white boards and tack boards.
