We now have confirmation from the IRS\u00a0that the request is in the final evaluation stage with Quality Assurance. Please keep in mind that until the\u00a0IRS\u00a0issues the determination letters we are still in a holding pattern.\u00a0Once the determination letters are issued, you will have a 60 day window to make elections.\u00a0\u00a0<b>What you can do during this time is review the\u00a0<\/b><a href=\"http:\/\/acu.us4.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=76b9851ec52b6b0c087b702a3&amp;id=07db250d8d&amp;e=90acd27baf\" target=\"_blank\"><b>FAQ\u2019s<\/b><\/a><b>\u00a0we have developed.<\/b> The FAQ document will be updated as information is received.
