Family Fitness is a class offering fun, active ways for families to workout together. Join us for a variety of activities to improve health and wellness for the entire family. Children must be at least age 5 and be accompanied by a parent or guardian during each class. The first class will be offered on Saturday, August 31, 9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. in Studio A. This class will meet every Saturday throughout the semester.
