ACU Benefits Eligible Faculty and Staff:<\/p>\n

It\u2019s time to start qualifying for 2016 Wellness Premium. If you would like to save a minimum of $600 in your health insurance premiums next year, you will need to complete the following:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Have your annual wellness exam with your doctor between October 1, 2014 and September 30, 2015<\/span><\/span>. If you haven\u2019t already done so, call your doctor\u2019s office to schedule your appointment.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    NEW FOR THIS YEAR – Participate in the Biometric Screenings. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Employees and spouses (if applicable), who are covered on ACU\u2019s plan, must complete BOTH items for the wellness premium. <\/strong><\/p>\n

    The Biometric Screenings will be held Tuesday, May 5 through Thursday, May 7<\/span><\/span>, \u00a0in the Hunter Welcome Center. Appointments will be available from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.<\/span><\/span> Schedule your appointment now. USE THIS LINK<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n
