HR will notify employees once they are available.\u00a0 <em>Please note that you do not have to wait to file your 2019 tax return if you are receiving a 1095-C.\u00a0 <\/em>Once these forms are available on myACU Banner, you will receive an email notification from HR if you elected to opt into electronic delivery.<\/p>\n<p>You can still opt in to receive your 1095-C electronically, please complete the below instructions <em>as soon as possible<\/em>.
