If so, are you familiar with the vision benefits that you can receive through your dental insurance?<\/p>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">\n<p>The PolicyLink Benefit offers the following benefits:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan maximums, deductibles, and frequencies can be combined for dental and vision<\/li>\n<li>You can use your benefits for the health care services that are your highest priority \u2013 dental, vision, or both<\/li>\n<li>You can visit any dentist and receive benefits<\/li>\n<li>You can visit any eye doctor within the VSP Choice Network<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You are able to use up to $150 of your $1,500 dental annual maximum for vision expenses. This $150 can be used towards contacts, frames, lenses, exam copays, etc. In order to utilize this benefit, you will pay out of pocket and then submit a claim form in order to get reimbursed. The amount, up to $150, that you use for vision expenses will be deducted from your $1,500 dental annual maximum.\u00a0 This benefit does not require any dental expenses to be incurred before utilizing the PolicyLink benefit.<\/p>\n<p>Contact Human Resources for more information.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Do you have the dental insurance through The Standard?
