ELAP is requiring that the new provider help link be added to all ID cards for 1\/1\/19. The good news is that nothing else on the ID cards are changing, so if you happen to show your current ID card next year, all group numbers and Rx BIN numbers are the same, so there shouldn\u2019t be any employee disruption.<\/p>\n<div class=\"gmail_default\">If you have been on the HSA plan since 2016, new cards are being issued for 2019 due to the card expiration date of 12\/31\/18.
