As a reminder, the University’s Driver Policy<\/a> requires all routine drivers to meet the insurability standards established by our liability carrier. A Routine Driver<\/u> is defined as a vehicle operator who is authorized to operate a vehicle on a routine or regular basis (more than four times per month<\/b><\/i>) to conduct university business. University Business<\/u> is defined as any activity by a person representing the University that is determined to be within the scope of his or her assigned duties and includes university sponsored or approved activities.<\/p>\n

1) Routine drivers must have their Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screened at least once every 12 months to ensure their driving record remains acceptable; and
\n2) Complete web based driver safety course<\/p>\n

Accident \/ Incident Reporting<\/b><\/p>\n
All accidents and\/or incidents (regardless of severity) occurring on campus or during an ACU-sponsored event need to be reported promptly, not to exceed 48 hours<\/i><\/b>. The Accident \/ Incident Report form<\/a> should be completed for all accidents \/ incidents regardless of whether anyone is injured.
