The ACU Medical Clinic will host COVID-19 vaccination clinics next week for the Moderna two-dose and Johnson & Johnson single-dose COVID-19 vaccines. If you schedule a Moderna vaccine appointment, you will be contacted to schedule the second dose appointment 21 days after your first dose.<\/p>\n
The vaccine clinic will be held in the Teague Special Events Center located next to the ACU Medical Clinic. You\u2019ll need to print and complete the following paperwork prior to arriving at your appointment:<\/p>\n
