All full, reduced and half-time employees will need to participate in\u00a0Open Enrollment the week of November 1st \u2013 5th<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

If you would like to attend an informational session, please see the schedule below.<\/p>\n

All meetings will be held in the Adams Center Classroom and via Zoom<\/u>
\nMonday, Oct. 25th from 2:30-4:00
\nTuesday, Oct. 26th from 9:30-11:00 & 1:30-3:00
\nThursday, Oct. 28th from 8:30-10:00 & 3:00-4:30
\nFriday, Oct. 29th from 12:30-2:00<\/p>\n

To join a meeting via Zoom, visit the\u00a0HR Calendar<\/a>\u00a0and select the session you want to attend.\u00a0 You may have to choose ACU Human Resources within your \u201cMy calendars\u201d section after clicking on the link above to view the calendar.<\/p>\n

During the week of Benefits Open Enrollment, HR will be in the Computer Lab on the 3rd Floor of the Library Monday-Wednesday for those who would like help with their enrollment.\u00a0 You can schedule an appointment by visiting the\u00a0HR Calendar<\/a>\u00a0or simply come by for assistance.\u00a0 We can also schedule your appointment via Zoom if needed.\u00a0 For Zoom, please schedule your appointment and email us letting us know you would like to meet via Zoom and we will create a zoom link within your appointment.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, all benefits-eligible employees must go through the enrollment process to have benefits next year.<\/p>\n
