Read and agree<\/em> to the <span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><a title=\"Photo Contest Rules\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/a\/acu.edu\/spreadsheet\/viewform?hl=en_US&amp;formkey=dHhNbnpFczRWWFlJcGZVN2hwVDBwRmc6MQ#gid=0\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Photo Contest Rules<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>2. Download<\/em> the <span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><a title=\"Model Release Form\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/fileview?id=0BwfxANarLnu7ZmVkM2U3NGQtNDBjZC00NWIxLTk1ODgtNGIxNThjYmNiYWRk&amp;hl=en&amp;authkey=CNrf-eAK\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">model release form<\/span><\/a><\/span>. Each person in your photographs must sign one.\u00a0 You may make as many copies as you need.<\/p>\n<p><em>3. Take your photos!<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must include at least one person 60+ years old<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">All model(s) must sign release form<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Use highest resolution possible<\/li>\n<li>Give your photograph a title<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>4. Submit<\/em> your photo by email.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use your own ACU email address\u00a0 &#8211;\u00a0 this tells us who you are<\/li>\n<li>Submit one photo per email<\/li>\n<li>Put Category of photo and Title in subject line of your email. (Mobile, Crazy Times)<\/li>\n<li>Name all the models in your photograph in the body of the email<\/li>\n<li>If you wish, please include two or three sentences that tell the story of the picture<\/li>\n<li>Attach your photo and send to <span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><a href=\"mailto:imagesofaging@acu.edu\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">imagesofaging@acu.edu<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>5.
