Virtual reality as an educational technology tool meets educational needs that may be felt currently lacking. Through an increased sense of presence based on the immersive and interactive nature of the technology, VR has the potential to increase student engagement, and provide students with access to abstract concepts, inaccessible locations, or unique but replicable scenarios.<\/p>\n
