Walking through copyright myths, examples of typical teaching uses, with considerations of fair use both on campus and online.<\/p>\n<h3>Parody on Fair Use<\/h3>\n<p>One of Kenneth&#8217;s examples is a famous recent case where the film <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt0363163\/\" target=\"_blank\">Downfall <\/a><\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt0363163\/\" target=\"_blank\">(2004)<\/a> has regularly been used in mashup parodies of everything from Hitler&#8217;s feelings about Brett Favre to Windows Vista.
