The Library Advisory Board, a group of friends of the library who have an interest in, and show enthusiastic support for the library, met for the first time on Mon., Sept. 16 in the Davis – Tucker Conference Room. This group will meet twice a year, attend library gatherings and events, and will serve to provide advice and direction in advancing library initiatives. Members of this board are: Dr. Carisse Berryhill, Dr. John Boyles, Dr. Don Davis, Trent Dietz, Amanda Dietz, Dr. Jason Fikes, Ray Hansen, Karen Hendrick, Dr. Christopher Hutson, Dr. David Merrell, Pattie Orr, Stephen Orr, Molly Scherer, Dr. James Thompson, Carolyn Thompson, and Dr. John B. Weaver.
