Dr. Jerry Taylor, ACU associate professor of Bible, missions, and ministry and founding director of the Carl Spain Center on Race Studies and Spiritual Action published “The Roots of the Black Prophetic Voice” in the September issue of Christianity Today. He explains why the Old Testament prophets have been so important to Black Christians and why that story must never be forgotten.
