Stanley Sr. Theological Reading Room<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> in Brown Library is expanding its collection of volumes in the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Oxyrhynchus Papyri<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> series (OP) which includes some of the oldest known fragments of the New Testament and other early Christian texts. Volumes in this series contain images, transcriptions, and translations of ancient texts discovered in Egypt near the turn of the 20<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> century. The <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">OP<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> is one of the most important collections of New Testament texts in the world, and volumes in this series will support the\u00a0 research and instructional needs of faculty and students.
