Join us in the ACU <\/span>Maker Lab<\/span><\/a> Thursday, April 5 from 3-7 p.m. for 2018 Maker Fest. We\u2019re excited to share a free day of interactive maker workshops and exhibits offering software and tool demonstrations, show and tell presentations and hands on activities. We have a number of opportunities for you to be involved, including:<\/span><\/p>\n

Presentation at the Maker Fest Workshop<\/b>You or your group can share a 20 minute presentation by demonstrating how your project was made and how it operates. <\/span>(presentations and Q&A scheduled by the half hour, 3-7 p.m.)<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Present at the Maker Fest Exhibit<\/b>We encourage individuals, groups, schools and organizations to exhibit interactive and live demonstrations from 3-7 p.m. \u00a0(<\/span>table and area provided) <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Exhibit examples –\u00a0<\/b>3D Printing,\u00a0<\/span>Alternative Energy and Sustainability,\u00a0<\/span>Arduino, Raspberry Pi and Electronics,\u00a0<\/span>Art & Design,\u00a0<\/span>Bicycles,\u00a0<\/span>Computers & Mobile\u00a0<\/span>Crafts,\u00a0<\/span>DIY Robots, Rockets, RC Vehicles and Drones,\u00a0<\/span>Engineering,\u00a0<\/span>Fabrication,\u00a0<\/span>Fiber Arts & Textile,\u00a0<\/span>Food & Beverage,\u00a0<\/span>Homemade Board Games and Game Pieces,\u00a0<\/span>Kinetic Art,\u00a0<\/span>Large-Scale Art Pieces,\u00a0<\/span>Photography & Video,\u00a0<\/span>Puppets, Kites, and Other Whimsical Creations,\u00a0<\/span>Science, Biology\/Biotech, and Chemistry Projects,\u00a0<\/span>Unusual Tools or Machines,\u00a0<\/span>Wearables<\/span>
