{"id":919,"date":"2018-08-22T10:17:48","date_gmt":"2018-08-22T15:17:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.acu.edu\/library\/?p=919"},"modified":"2018-08-22T10:17:48","modified_gmt":"2018-08-22T15:17:48","slug":"library-union-and-scholars-lab","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.acu.edu\/library\/2018\/08\/22\/library-union-and-scholars-lab\/","title":{"rendered":"Library Union and Scholars Lab"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Two innovative library spaces will open this fall, providing new collaboration and discovery opportunities to faculty and students. \u00a0The Library Union is the newly updated and refurnished student co-working space on the library\u2019s third floor between the Learning Studio and the Innovation Foundry. \u00a0With three areas of comfortable seating and small-group work stations, the Union\u2019s furniture reflects input from student and faculty, and also incorporates designs from competitive student submissions. \u00a0In addition, the north side of the Union is now home to the ACU Scholars Lab, which is a digital scholarship lab that supports computer-enabled research and scholarly publication.
