Leadership Summit was established in 1998 in the College of Business Administration at Abilene Christian University. \u00a0Summit is a one-week, 3-credit course held in the picturesque scenery of Colorado. \u00a0The course blends academic rigor with an environment ripe for deep, personal, and lasting encounters with Jesus.<\/p>\n

In 1998, Leadership Summit was founded by Tim Johnston, Mike Winegaert, and Dr. Rick Lytle. \u00a0This dynamic team of godly people desired to create a program and experience where students would be challenged to commit their lives fully to Jesus Christ as they prepared to enter the marketplace. \u00a0Conducting this program in the mountains was a strategic choice to get students away from the noise and distractions of life and to embrace the noble mission of being faithful leaders in the workplace.<\/p>\n
