All of our tools and equipment are\u00a0free to use by registered Makers. Maker accounts are required for anyone wanting to use a tool. Maker accounts can be created at the front desk, and it takes just a few minutes to set up. We require (and offer) safety training for all tools. If you need assistance with any piece of equipment, please ask a Maker on Duty before attempting to use it.<\/p>\n
We’ve divided up our space into three zones to help with organization, navigation and oversight. Our Makers on Duty are assigned to each of the three areas and have become specialists on the tools located in their zone. When you need assistance locating or using a tool, just ask anyone for assistance and you’ll be directed to the Maker on Duty supervising the zone you need.<\/p>\n
