Serve Globally and Locally

Global
Service Trips

Global Service Trips are brief and take place during winter break, spring break, and summer. Teams are led by staff and faculty, and locations range from the U.S. to Asia. Many of these experiences take place in partnership with academic departments and other campus groups.

Wildcat Academics
on Mission

WAM is an initiative for integrating missions and service into degree plans. Teams works on a fully-funded project  in an off-site location that culminates in a 3 week trip to implement the project. In return, you receive 6 hours of credit (3 in your major and 3 in Missions).

Gap Year
Training

Looking for a longer missions opportunity (six months to two years)? Gap year programs take place in the “gap” between graduation and whatever comes next. You will partner with missionaries and ministries around the world and work in your areas of interest.

Local
Opportunities

There are plenty of opportunities right here in Abilene to feed the hungry, give the thirsty something to drink, visit and care for the sick, and partner in local community work projects. Find ways to teach and share Jesus’ love with the oppressed in our local community.
