Dodd Roberts | Director
BSB 287 | 325-674-3710 |

After a long career in corporate America, Dodd answered a 30 year long call to join God’s work in missions.  He is a 1986 graduate of ACU’s College of Business Administration.  Over his career he worked in public accounting and spent 14 years in Finance at Southwest Airlines.  After leaving the airline Dodd spent several years working in the credit card business where he helped found a large merchant trade organization, and a merchant mobile payments company.

Dodd has always had a heart for missions and God led him back to the Halbert Center at ACU in 2015.  His wife of 30 years, Kelly, is a teacher in Abilene ISD, and his three children, Travis, Kelsey and Luke, have all attended ACU.  Although the lack of mountains and oceans in Abilene make it difficult, Dodd loves to scuba dive and climb mountains when possible.

Taylor Campos   Administrative Coordinator
BSB 283 | 325-674-3711 |

Taylor joined the Halbert Center team in February 2020. She grew up in Clyde, Texas with herparents Brian and Karen Estes, and sister Courtney. She graduated from HSU in May 2015 with a BBS in Exercise Science.  Before coming to ACU, she spent time in the medical field training to become an Athletic Trainer and Fitness Specialist. Ultimately, God had a different calling on her life and led her to the ACU Missions department, where she hopes to continue to grow in her love for and gain more knowledge on domestic and international missions.

She recently married her husband Jair Campos, who is a Software Engineer at FDLIC.  When Taylor is not at work, you will find her hanging out with family and friends, at the gym, exploring the outdoors, or hunting with her dad.

Larry Henderson | Director, WorldWide Witness
BSB 288 | 325-674-3757 |

Larry came to ACU from Bangkok, Thailand where he lived for 35 years. He spent 10 years growing up in Thailand before enrolling as a student at ACU, but returned to work there with his wife after graduation. Both of their children were born and raised in Bangkok, coming to ACU after high school. Larry’s work was centered in leadership training, but he also was involved in church planting and stabilization. His wife Pam, taught at the International School Bangkok.

When Larry isn’t spending time mentoring students in his office, he’s often preaching at churches in West Texas, traveling to visit family, or skydiving!

Anne Hocking | Assistant Coordinator, WorldWide Witness
BSB 322 | 325-674-3761 |

Anne started with the Halbert Center in August 2016, moving from the Blue Ridge Mountains of South Carolina to Abilene for the opportunity to combine her passion for event planning and missions. She got her BS in Hospitality Management and Event Planning from the University of South Carolina, has served in short term missions throughout Central America and the South Pacific, and loves to travel and hear stories. She also founded and continues to direct Fulfill UR Ministry Inc, aka “FURM”, a networking service for missions and missions’ resources.

When Anne is not working For ACU or FURM, she can be found training for triathlons, line dancing, or traveling near (but mostly far) in search for mountains like her home’s to hike and backpack through. In June 2019, Anne married her wonderful husband Daniel.
