Office assignments are made by the dean of the college in consultation with the department or school chair or director.<\/p>\n<p>Each full-time faculty member is required to schedule and post a minimum of 7 hours each week and to be available during these hours for conferences with students. These office hours should\u00a0be posted on the office door and reported to the department or school chair at the beginning\u00a0of each semester.
