Today we celebrate folks who are part of the fastest-growing demographic in the world! In 1988 President Ronald Reagan declared August 21 to be <strong>National Senior Citizens Day<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>&#8220;For all they have achieved throughout life and for all they continue to accomplish, we owe older citizens our thanks and a heartfelt salute.
