These small gesture shows that you care.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Remind them that the grieving process takes time.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Be a good listener. Listen to the person\u2019s feelings and let them know that it is okay to feel this way.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Do not give advice because it can make the person feel worse.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Never avoid the person who is grieving.
