Here are a few options that can help improve memory or cognitive health:<\/p>\n<p><b>Exercise <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Exercise helps increase blood flow throughout the body and releases endorphins, which can reduce stress and depression.<\/p>\n<p><b>Stay Mentally Active<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Reading or solving problems or puzzles helps exercise the brain, keeping it active. It also helps maintain reading and thinking skills.<\/p>\n<p><b>Socialize <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Having social interaction helps rid feeling of loneliness and depression. Depression can heavily affect your brain, so by spending time with others, it can help improve memory. Visit after church, volunteer for organizations, spend time with family members, or take a class at a local university.<\/p>\n<p><b>Manage Your Health<\/b>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It is important to manage blood pressure, diabetes, and cardiovascular health.
