As you go to your classes and meet your teachers, read your syllabus, and learn of the learning opportunities ahead, it all may seem a bit overwhelming.<\/p>\n<p>Consider your fellow students back in early days of ACU. They went to school on Saturdays! Yes, Saturdays! It wasn&#8217;t until 1972 that Saturday classes were replaced by a five-day week, with the first classes beginning at 7:30am!<\/p>\n<p>The tradition of attending class on Labor Day does continue however.<\/p>\n<p>Remember, unless directed by your professor, classes will meet on Monday, Labor Day, September 2, 2013.
