Zack, ACU class of 1997 celebrated the news that the school he administers, Rasor Elementary, earned the NFL PLAY 60 Super School award. \u00a0Zack is the son of our own Dr. Charlie Pruett and his wife Debbie.<\/p>\n<p>The award arrives with a $10,000 prize from the NFL. \u00a0Only 34 schools from across the country achieved the Super School award. Each winning school receives a $10,000 NFL PLAY 60 grant for health and wellness programming or equipment.<\/p>\n<p>Each school also receives a visit from an NFL player. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nfl.com\/player\/jasonwitten\/2505629\/profile\">Jason Witten<\/a> will visit Zack\u2019s school along with representatives of NFL Network affiliates including Bright House, Comcast, COX, Time Warner Cable and Verizon. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nfl.com\/player\/alfredmorris\/2533457\/profile\">Alfred Morris<\/a> (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nfl.com\/teams\/washingtonredskins\/profile?team=WAS\">Redskins<\/a>), <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nfl.com\/player\/justintuck\/2506413\/profile\">Justin Tuck<\/a> (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nfl.com\/teams\/newyorkgiants\/profile?team=NYG\">Giants<\/a>) and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nfl.com\/player\/jasonwitten\/2505629\/profile\">Jason Witten<\/a> (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nfl.com\/teams\/dallascowboys\/profile?team=DAL\">Cowboys<\/a>) will be among this year\u2019s NFL player attendees.<\/p>\n<p>The NFL PLAY 60 Super School program inspires students to make healthy choices. Schools entered the NFL PLAY 60 Super School Contest by sharing their commitment to youth health and wellness and eating right at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.NFLRUSH.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.NFLRUSH.com<\/a>. A school in each of the NFL\u2019s 32-team communities plus two at-large schools were selected as winners.<\/p>\n<p>The vision of Plano schools empowers students to be able to adapt to new learning and career opportunities throughout their lives and to collaborate with, and contribute to, the global community.
