Gero Student and PGC Student Associate Laura Baxter will be attending the <em><strong>Texas Speech-Language-Hearing Association<\/strong><\/em>&#8216;s Annual Convention in Houston at the end of this week.<\/p>\n<p>Known as &#8220;TSHA&#8221; to speech-language pathologists (SLPs), audiologists, and students in the field, the Texas Speech-Language-Hearing Association seeks to empower SLPs and audiologists in the spirit of partnership with consumers and families. More than 4,500 speech-language pathologists, audiologists, consumers, and speakers from Texas and are expected to attend.<\/p>\n<p>The Annual Convention serves as an exchange of ideas, information, and technology related to speech-language pathology, audiology, special education, and related disciplines.
