\nWhy is this happening? What are the economic, social or political forces that created it, influence it, threaten it?<\/p>\n
\n\u201cWho is helped or hurt by this,\u201d Blundell said, \u201cand to what extent and what\u2019s their emotional response to it?\u201d<\/p>\n
\n\u201cIf this is going on, is somebody trying to do anything about it, and how is that working out?\u201d Blundell said.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cIf this stuff keeps up,\u201d he said, \u201cwhat are things going to look like five or 10 years from now, in the eyes of the people who are directly involved?\u201d<\/p>\n
