Today we had our first “Lunch in the Lab” event, and Dr. Andrew Holowiecki, Assistant Professor of Biology (PhD, M.S.), did an amazing job discussing his research on the zebrafish.<\/p>\n

It was an engaging presentation, even for someone like myself who is not hip to biology terms and jargon. Dr. Holowiecki did an excellent job explaining the process of his research with zebrafish, and included many images and videos which helped to fully demonstrate the concepts he was discussing.<\/p>\n

Our department hopes this will be the first of many “Lunches in the Lab” that we host – we are looking forward to learning more about what faculty are researching on campus!
