Measure all the work they are doing<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Carrie Hill in Houston is the boots on the ground in the Harvey recovery on behalf of acu. Recrafted her job description for this semester, she will help determine when missions go<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Annual fund team \u2013 raise the unrestricted giving, work with different departments to raise affinity giving<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Advancement communication and communication for whole university, alumni connect best with their departments, mentors, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Odds and ends \u2013 stadium: This year is like five homecomings<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chris Ballard \u2013 How can we as staff help Craig?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Craig Fisher:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">POSITIVITY!!! Through social media, on campus and among ACU friends<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Look for volunteer opportunities<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use your network to invite people to come back for different events, bring their kids for visits<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Encourage alumni to make donations, even small ones<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Give to the program that is most important to you!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tell the stories!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Be available and use our resources \u2013 come see alumni to help your department to connect with alumni.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Day of giving was a huge success \u2013 great involvement from alumni. John willis and Katie Kirby funds &#8211; Katie Kirby fund helped SOAR. \u00a0Pushed heavily to that small donations matter \u2013 got a lot of small donations that really added up.
