\nSteve reviewed the process up to this point.
\nJill – Can 1, 2, 3 and 6 be scalable?
\nKaren – I think that is a great idea, if they are all open ended, it would take too long.
\nShannon – I think if we meet with people, there will be more authenticity
\nMary Beth – We need to be sure we reach out to departments not represented
\nSteve – Maybe we can send an email in August to staff at large
\nD\u2019Angelo – Kody brought up last time that some people do not feel safe responding in email.
\nBerlin – Can we have a survey built?
\nKody – Same survey for everyone,
\nBrad – i will build the survey in Google Forms today.
\nSteve – Nuria and I went to the benefits meeting and Wendy was
\nShannon – by the this time next month, we would like to have results
\nOctober – Meeting with SLT to present this data
\nSteve – Board meeting is during homecoming
\nBrad – ready to go by presession? ONLY to staff senate
\nKaren – After the announcement, we can promote it within our groups
\nD\u2019Angelo – Make an announcement during Presession
\nCurtis – how about the end of September before they get too busy with preparing for the Board Meeting
\nD\u2019angelo – First meeting with the President or the SLT?
\nBrad – Give a two week deadline
\nD\u2019Angelo – So end of September works?
\nNuria – Let\u2019s shoot for that
\nCurtis – Is there anything in here that gives the opportunity to offer perks that do not cost money?
\nJill – This is a great way to show how creative and innovative we are in coming up with ideas.<\/p>\n

\n g. Increased Visibility – Sent an email with our names and photos for slides at presession, we will also greet staff as they arrive.
\nAlso would like to sit together once a semester in chapel.
\n\th. Collaborative Opportunities with Faculty Senators
\nD\u2019Angelo – I met with the faculty senators and I requested that we find areas that we can work together on some issues. Faculty senators have relationships with board members.
