\nShannon – other options – her family has Christian Healthcare Ministries, plan is less expensive than ACU\u2019s and works better for her family. Could we talk to HR about using different
\nD\u2019Angelo – I would like to invite Wendy to our November meeting.
\n3. Development and Recognition – Shannon: The executive committee will meet with the SLT tomorrow morning in an effort to be collaborative. Marissa has been working to compile the data to present to the SLT and at the staff spotlight. The short answers were consolidated into themes. How are we going to communicate the good ideas for staff perks that do not involve cost? (i.e. July 4 week off, 40 days of prayer) Marisa – Despite all the challenges, staff overall agreed that the SLT has done a good job. There is an issue with faculty getting a bonus and staff not receiving any raises. Brad did make a graph of responses that was sent to the SLT. Brad: General themes centered around transparency and communication. People love working here, love the mission, just want to know more.<\/p>\n
