And where is it being kept?\u00a0 we won\u2019t have access for some HR forms.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Communication &#8211; nothing to report\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Benefits and Advocacy\u00a0 &#8211; make sure you have completed your benefits\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Service &#8211; nothing to report\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Development and Recognition\u00a0 &#8211; recap on award presentation for Lowell Johnston:\u00a0 went very well.\u00a0 We need to announce to the campus &#8211; communication to MyACU and blog. (Arthur will write and send to Susan and Amber)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guest speakers\/groups for the year<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sam asked Kelly Young to stop in today, but couldn\u2019t this time because of BOT meetings. Will reach out to Linda Bonnin for the Dec. meeting.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">New Business<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Faculty\/Staff Meeting &#8211; follow up: no additional information to report<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SLT Updates; Covid numbers are down on campus (currently at 16).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">construction updates, campaigns, etc.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Politics and protecting our students<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It was suggested by Sam, that we split the staff list and write thank you notes to encourage (student life staff, care teams, wff staff all need encouragement).\u00a0 Targeted areas would work first for encouraging-more specific messaging.\u00a0 Sam will break down the staff numbers and send out a list soon.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Announcements<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meeting for website content creators on Nov 10 from 3-4:30 pm.
